What are the system requirements?

To successfully view and download RJ Connection videos, your computer must have:

  • A high speed internet connection. Videos average 40mb and therefore will take some time to download. Dial up is not recommended.
  • Apple Quicktime player. Quicktime player is a free download and you can get it here.

I have purchased and downloaded a video. How do I view it?

The video and lesson plan are combined and compressed into one file called a .zip file. This file needs to be "unzipped" to get to your video and lesson plan. Most computers already come with the ability to "unzip" a file which you can open like a normal file. However, if you don't have the ability to "unzip" a file, you may download a free program that will unzip files here.

RJ Connection videos are quicktime movie files. You need quicktime player to view them. You can download quicktime player free by going to apple.com.
